Easy instructions for making this Christmas Cake:
Bake a cake the size that you need. The cake in the picture shown is a ten inch square cake.
Ice the cake in buttercream icing making it as smooth as possible.
Make a green colored icing and using round tip, size #5, draw three holly leaves on the cake making sure to leave a small space between them for the holly berries.
Change you tip, to star tip, size #18, and fill in the holly leaves.
Change the tip again to round tip, size #5 and outline the leaves and put a line down the center for the vein.
Write your message on the cake. This cake was made as a birthday cake, but you can add a Merry Christmas message or anything you want.
Make a red color icing a use star tip, size #18 to make the berries.
With white icing and star tip, size #18, make the shell border on the top and bottom edge of the sides of the cake.
